• An amount of 12% on the cost to the company of the talent recruited ( which includes all amounts paid as monthly salary including all allowances and reimbursement, all annual benefits, PF, incentives and all other variable pay excluding retiaral benefits) is payable in cases of junior level recruitments.( Software engineer, Executives, Officers, Engineers, Dy Managers, Technicians etc)
• An Amount of 15% of CTC as explained above is payable for Middle management positions like Managers, Sr.Engineers, AGM,DGM, Project leader etc
• An amount of 20% of the CTC is payable for assistance rendered in identifying acquiring Senior level talents(GM, Project Managers and above)
• The service charges payable shall be paid within fifteen days from the date of joining of the candidates and the customer has to provide details of offer letter to bnbtechjobs.com, for submitting their invoice.
• Service tax, as applicable, will have to be paid by the customers.
• In Case candidates recruited from other countries, all the expenses incurred by bnbtechjobs.com towards communication, etc shall be reimbursed, at actuals.
• bnbtechjobs.com parts with details of candidates, on good faith, and these details shall not used for other purposes by the customer.
• bnbtechjobs.com shall enter in to an agreement in this regard with the authorized signatory of the company before starting the search operations.
• bnbtechjobs.com hereby assures its customers total confidentiality of the details provided to them by the customers
• In the unlikely event of candidates provided by bnbtechjobs.com leaving the customer organization before completion three months from the date of joining, bnbtechjobs here by undertakes free replacement of candidates for that position.
• Abundant care will be taken by bnbtechjobs.com to verify the details given by the candidates and the customer is also advised to verify the same from their end before taking the candidates on board.
• The jurisdiction governing these contracts shall be Bangalore.
